About our Speaker

Hoffman, PaulPaul J. Hoffman is owner and president of Appleton-based Hoffman LLC, a Total Project Management firm which provides clients with commercial planning, design, and construction services integrated with a high level of sustainability. For over 30 years, Paul has overseen the innovative and forward-thinking approach that his firm has taken to remain leaders in their ever-changing industry. He and his firm are the creators of the POWER of g®, a holistic “and thinking” approach to achieving True Sustainability® in building projects. 

For the first 20 years of his career, Paul led Hoffman as its president and played a key role as principal-in-charge, primary owner contact representative, and the person ultimately responsible for Hoffman’s performance on major projects. Today, as owner and president, Paul has a passionate and committed goal of building future leaders, perpetuating the Hoffman family’s 119-year legacy. But most importantly, Paul strives to ensure that Hoffman continues as a thriving, mission-driven company which is nationally recognized for its innovative, integrated project delivery method that has resulted in cost-effective, sustainable business solutions for its clients.

Paul is a former Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin board member and Chair for the Design/Build Contract Documents Task Force. A tireless volunteer in his community, Paul is also an accomplished author and speaker on leadership, business management, sustainability and the planning, design, and construction professions.
