Membership is for one year from the month your application is approved.

New member induction fee:
$50 one-time fee. This pays for various costs including name badges and other items provided to new members.

Two options for annual dues:
Option 1: BUNDLED: $300.00/year. Attend all programs including meals.  As an added benefit of a "Bundled" membership, other employees from your organization may attend monthly meetings at a cost of $30.00/person per meeting. Confer with our Treasurer if you need a unique option for payment timing.

Option 2: UN-BUNDLED: $150.00/year + $30.00 for each monthly program attended.

Other information:

Any SMP member unable to attend a regular monthly program can be represented by another company associate for no added charge.

Membership is recognized as individual if paid by the individual. In this case, privileges follow members if they relocate to a different company. If the sponsoring company paid the membership, the company has the right to transfer the membership to another qualified person from that company upon approval by the board.

Here's what to expect after you've mailed your application.

  • You will be contacted by the Membership Committee and interviewed briefly if there are any questions about your application.
  • Your application for membership will be reviewed by the Membership Committee and presented to the Board of Directors.  You will be notified of the date your application will be reviewed.
  • Immediately following the Board of Directors review, you will receive a phone call from our Membership Committee advising you of your status.
