About our Speakers
Pat Hietpas - Senior VP of Distribution, U.S. AutoForce
Pat originally joined U.S. Venture in 1988 and worked with us through 1990 in our natural gas business. Prior to that, he was in sales with Honeywell. He left the company and bought a packaging fulfillment business. Pat was president of that company until he sold it to Banta in 1996. While running the packaging business, he worked on several acquisitions and started businesses in real estate, health care, tailoring, and paper converting.
In October 2002, Pat assumed the duties of Vice President of Distribution and is responsible for coordinating the activities of the existing distribution divisions and expanding our distribution operations in complementary segments.
Pat has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in marketing and finance.
Randall Groh – VP of Product Marketing, U.S. AutoForce
Randy started with the automotive aftermarket parts division, then known as U.S. Tire & Exhaust as a Regional Sales Manager in 1993. A few years later he became Director of Marketing at our Kimberly Headquarters.
He was instrumental in helping automate our customer service/call center system and establishing a B2B web presence for what is now US AutoForce. After those projects were completed Randy successfully implemented demand planning and forecasting software for inventory management.
Currently Randy is Vice President of Product Marketing for US AutoForce and has responsibility over product choices, pricing and promotions as well as inventory control.
