Program
BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Baxter Healthcare Corporation, is an industry leader in the collection of high quality plasma. BioLife collects plasma to be processed into a wide variety of life-saving therapeutics that benefit thousands of people every day. During the presentation, BioLife staff will provide an overview of the business and marketing strategies used to recruit donors. Additionally, guest will be offered a brief tour of the plasma collection facility, provided examples of marketing materials, and learn about the operating structure of the organization.
About Our Presenters
Jennifer Krueger is Center Manager for BioLife Plasma Services in Appleton. She is responsible for managing the operations of the facility, to include financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel and facilities management functions. In addition, Jennifer supervises the daily functions of staff activities across departments to optimize operational efficiency. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Marian University. She currently resides in Oshkosh, WI with her husband Ben and their two sons, Kaden and Jaxson.
Heidi Maier has been employed by BioLife for nearly 18 years during which time she has been responsible for opening new centers in various markets, supporting the development of the BioLife continuous improvement program, assisting with leadership development, and serving in operations management positions. Heidi relocated from Fort Collins, CO just over 3 years ago to open the facility located at 5001 W Schroth Lane in Appleton.
